It has been created to make only unique and original beers, brew in style, which are desired and impatiently awaited not only by beer experts but also by common beerlovers. Beers, which purpose is to surprise you and dissappear from your glass completely unseen, leaving you astounded that it’s already empty. On tap at Manifest, Berlin, shared with Schieder and Fates11. Unclear golden, small white head. Moderately hoppy aroma, fruity, tangerine and honey. Lightly hippy flavour, citrusy, malty, honey, some sweetness, some bitterness. Oily texture. Medium body, moderate carbonation.

The fourth of twenty-one beers for our 11th wedding anniversary. Sirena's. More than three years aged. Simply black. AROMA- whiskey, hazelnut, roasted, dark chocolate, dark chocolate pralines. FLAVOR- smooth, velvety and warming, moderately sweet, lightly bitter, whiskey, milk and dark chocolate, Christmas chocolate bonbons, hazelnuts, vanilla. Full bodied. Great.
