Rockmill has been created not for the purpose of making good beers. It has been created to make only unique and original beers, brew in style, which are desired and impatiently awaited not only by beer experts but also by common beerlovers. Beers, which purpose is to surprise you and dissappear from your glass completely unseen, leaving you astounded that it’s already empty. Bottle pour at Warsaw Beer Festival 2025. Pours murky ruddy brown. Dried dark fruits, gentle balsamic, and some cheap red wine barrels on the nose. Flavour ia pretty acetic with dried berried and cheap red wine. Very poor.

On tap at Piw Paw - Beer Heaven, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a strange sweaty hop character, with earthiness, and muffled bready malt. Flavour has an unpleasant, sweaty hop character—tastes oxidized—with bready malt underpinning this. Seems old or improperly kept. Poor.

On tap at PiwPaw - Beer Heaven. Pours clear gold with a white head. Herbal and minty nose. Flavour has an absolutely horrendous herbal character. This tastes like a medieval tincture for treating the plague, not an IPA. Fuck right off.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour, no head, just a handful tan bubbles. Smoky, peaty, dark malty and sweet-ish, caramel malty aroma, notes of leather, peat, dark caramel, dark chocolate, herbal-alcoholic BA overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, chocolately, dark and caramel malty, slightly smoky and peaty, slightly herbal-alcoholic, notes of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, caramel, leather, peat.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation.
Wonderful composition, harmonious, homogeneous, integrated, balanced - very nice sipper.

Buying this beer, a couple of years ago, best before 07/22, time to try and taking to have a stay at Paris, for the job. Light body ipa, better at the final, piney, fruity, smooth, oat, bitter, citrus, subtle, syrupy and creamy, sweet final, 24.02.24, at the mercure Paris gare de Lyon.

Beautiful clear orange with a white head. Some fruit notes, non-description citrus, orange, pine, and light malt. Medium bodied. Finish has some bitterness but it’s a weird mashup with a sweet note, too. This is sort of disjointed. Lack focus.
