From a 33 cl bottle at Rosemary in Hanoi. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Bready aroma. Flavors are slightly sweet, spicey, floral and woody.

From a 33 cl bottle at Rosemary in Hanoi.it is a dark amber color with a tan head. The aroma of coffee. The taste is are moderately bitter with flavor of roast and a black licorice finish

From a 33 cl bottle at Rosemary in Hanoi. Pours a clear dark cola with a tan head. Aromas of chocolate and coffee. Flavors are moderately bitter chocolate. Smooth finish.

Bottle at Rosemary, Hanoi. Poured a slightly hazy medium brown with a frothy white head. The aroma is smoky bacon. No surprises there. The flavour, is moderate bitter with a smoky roast malt, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Not overly smoky. Nicely balanced end quite sessionable.

Bottle at Rosemary, Hanoi. Poured a hazy light brown with a huge fizzy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is mineral earthy, yeast. The flavour is moderate yeasty bitter with a with a dry earthy, light spice, liquorice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with very lively carbonation.

Bottle at Rosemary, Hanoi. Poured a clear reddish brown with little life. The aroma is sweet caramel malt, roasty, liquorice. The flavour is moderate sweet, light liquorice bitter with a dry, roasty, light smoke, charcoal hop bitter palate. Medium bodies with soft carbonation.

Bottle at he New Gentry Beerhouse, Hanoi. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is light grainy malt, some light fruit, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a grainy, light dry yeast, light floral woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle at the New Gentry Brewhouse. Poured a clear dark brown with a bubbly round white head. The aroma is sweet roasty malt, liquorice molasses. The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich roasty woody alcohol bitter palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation.

Bottle at the New Gentry Brewhouse, Hanoi. Poured a clear light amber with a thin broken white head. The aroma is light toffee caramel malt light woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a skunky malt woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with flat carbonation. Not great.

Bottle at the New Gentry Beerhouse, Hanoi. Poured a hazy medium to light amber with a fizzy short-lived white head. The aroma is dry malt, some tropical fruits, light woody hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light crisp, yeasty, slightly floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Supposedly 8.6% but tasted nothing like it.
