473ml can. Pours a clear bronze with a medium, creamy, long lasting, tan head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of toasted biscuit malt, nuts and earth. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, caramel, toffee, baked red apple, nuts and earth in a dry, mild bitter, slightly warming finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Malt-forward, easy drinking and tasty.

Tasting at Matt's, can
Black colour; small frothy beige head. Sweetish caramel with light earthy notes and spent coffee. Not convincing.

16 oz. can, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted malt upfront, with a touch of vanilla and a little cocoa. Flavour is along the same lines, with moderate toasted malt, a little vanilla, and cola. Finishes on notes of cola. Not impressive.

355ml can. Pours an opaque black with a small, creamy, short lived, brown head that laces. Sweet aroma of roasted malt, caramel, toffee, bourbon, vanilla and oak. Sweet flavour of toasted caramel malt, toffee, dark chocolate, licorice, vanilla and oak with bourbon heat in a dry finish. Full body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. WOW, this is an in-your-face big-boy beer. Lots of complexity, excellent.

355mL bottle, pours a cloudy pinkish amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of blackberres upfront, followed by a touch of passionfruit, and lacto. Flavour is bigger on the blackberries upfront, with no notice of passionfruit, and some lacto. Lacking depth and complexity and passionfruit. Disappointing.

Fruity blackberry notes. Cloudy copper with a decent white head. Light blackberry and a fruity note. Blackberry is evident but the Passionfruit is quite hidden.

355ml can. Pours a hazy pink-amber with a thin, fizzy, short lived, off-white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild fruity aroma of grainy wheat malt, passionfruit and blackberry. Sweet flavour of wheat malt, passionfruit and dark berries with a dry, sour finish. Light body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Refreshing and easy drinking. Nice.
