Pitch black color. Big vanilla, oaky, dark chocolate but slightly simple. I like the oak and vanilla in the mouth with good dark chocolate notes. A really weird beer for me as it jumps between sophistication and simplicity with each sip. I can’t get my head wrapped around it. Low medium carbonation. Good but just not mind mind blowing

Thanks TimE for sharing the can! Poured into a snifter showing deep brown with quickly dissipating latte colored foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of bourbon and light notes of sweet vanilla. The palate is medium bodied and moderately carbonated. Full flavours of bourbon first with a mid palate of light smoke and vanilla. Lightly spicy with more bourbon on the end.

355mL can, pours an opaque cloudy yellow with a large white head. Aroma is very soapy and phenolic, with floral and soapy, with lots of lacto. Flavour is soapy and moderately sweet, with light phenols, soapy notes, and subdued honey-like sweetness. Phenolic, sweaty and phenolic. No good.
