12 oz bottle. Aroma is apples, white wine, minerally. Pours pale pale yellow, nearly clear, looking like water nearly, with a thin ring of bubbles. Taste is very sour with some light sweetness. This doesn't taste bad at all to me.

Keg at Lost Valley. Clear gold thin fizzy head. Aroma of sweet apple, menthol, vanilla, oak. Taste is very tart apple, oak, vanilla, pepper. Medium bodied, still, lingering spice.

Refrigeratered 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a cup. Clear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is light apples, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is semi-sweet apples.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours translucent perry color with a white bubble ring. Aroma seems tropical. With some apple. Med minus body. Flavor is mildly tropical and a bit tart. With time some appleskin flavor can be discerned. Interesting. Certainly good for the gluten avoiders.

Dark amber pour. Allspice and nutmeg nose. Reminds me of Thanksgiving. Delicious pumpkin taste with the spice palate. Lovely cider!!

12 ounce bottle, 7/28/19. Had this many years ago, pre-Ratebeer. I specifically remember sipping on these and thinking meh at a party in 2006. Clear gold, fizzy head fades instantly. Dry apple aroma. Taste is dry apples, apple skins. Thin. Simple but okay. And much closer to dry than most of the big cider makers get. Low sweetness. Low carb.
