11/4/2018. Bottle courtesy of Danny, cheers! Pours almost clear amber with a good sized lasting off-white head. Aroma of malt, hop, fruits, wheat, banana, a little bread and yeast. Moderate sweetness and bitterness. Medium to full bodied, slight oily texture, average carbonation. Abv now 12% according to bottle. Stacks up well against other more traditional Eisbocks. Enjoyable.
