Tap at the Greenbelt 2 Brewpub, Makati City. Poured a hazy medium amber with a frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is biscuit malt, light fruit, woody hop bitter. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, fresh, malty, light fruit, light metallic hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

Tap at the Greenbelt 2 Brewpub, Makati City. Poured a milky light straw colour with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is grainy malt, big orange citrus, which was probably aided by the slice of orange that was dumped in the glass. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a light dry malt, light citrus fruit, light dry pepper spice palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. Half way towards a NEIPA.

Tap at the Greenbelt 2 Brewpub, Makati City. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a thin white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, some cardboard, light fruit, woody hop. The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a dry malt, fruity, hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. Despite the Brewer’s claim to the contrary, this was very bitter!

The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a smooth, rich malt, grapefruit citrus fruit, light tart, big dry woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate to light sweet with a smooth, rich, roasty malt, coconut, sweet chocolate, light liqouirce, earthy mineral palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate to strong bitter with a crisp, fresh, creamy yeast dry hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. The Sorachi Ace dominates and this is a very bitter, but undoubtedly a Saison too!

A deep dark stout with a thick frothy lacing brown head. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with good coffee notes, light butterscotch, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice bitter chocolate with loads of coffee grind, light licorice, alcohol warmth, very nice. On tap at Greenbelt 2 location, Makati.
