Bottle at the Fat Cow on the Roof, Bangkok. Poured a hazy medium amber with a long lasting frothy white head. The aroma is malt, woody floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a crisp fresh dry mineral, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from the Fat Cow, Bangkok. Poured a hazy light golden colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is grainy malt, light citrus fruit, light floral, phenol. The flavour is moderate bitter sweet, with a crisp, dry, skunky old malt, fruty hop, dry yeast, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to light carbonation. I'm not sure Azacca should be allowed near beer.

The flavour is moderate sweet with a smooth rich, fruity, light dry pepper spice hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Fresh and fruity. A superb beer.
