golden color. Medium full body, medium bitterness but hop profile is a bit off and again hops aren’t in the best condition with apple crumble and citrus notes at the end. Malt accent not bad.

turbid light white golden color. Creamy white head. Acetone, astringent nose with some phenols and underlying strange fruit notes. Light mouth. Low carbonation with cream of bananas. A bit off putting and something slightly odd but not horrible

Light amber. Clean very, light medium bitterness, well balanced, very sessionable. Well made brew but not blowing you away, but on a warm evening in Manila it hits the spot

1/10/2018. Bottle from Drinkka, Makati, Ph. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with an average sized long-lasting just off-white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, light herb, light banana, toffee and yeast, also vaguely woody and piney. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, oily texture. Quite highly carbonation. Not bad, would have liked less carbonation.

18/8/2018. Bottle from Drinkka, Manila. Pours amber with a foamy, lasting, off-white head. Aroma of toffee, fruit, hops, malt and pine, with slight vegetable notes. Quite heavy syrupy sweetness with light bitterness and a hint of sour. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Sweet, toffee, syrup finish, almost barley wine like. Quite drinkable.

2/4/2018. Bottle from Drinkka. Pours slightly hazy dark gold with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of citrus, caramel, malt, light tropical fruit and slight wood. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture, bit above average carbonation. Passion fruit is there more to taste than in the aroma, which develops along with mango and banana. One which grew on me, though fizziness was a bit much.

Tap at Alamat, Poblacion, Makati. Poured a clear dark brown with a frothy light tan head. The aroma is caramel roasty malt, charcoal, liqouirce. The flavour is moderate sweet / liquorice bitter with a watery dry roasty, liqouirce hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with flat carbonation.

Tap at House of Joe, Makati. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is yeast, grainy biscuit malt, floral, light hop bitter. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a light grainy, floral light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
