Can. Orange with a modest white head. Yes, smells like bitter orange peel with hints of bread and herbs. Pretty much how it tastes - firmly bitter with lots of citrus. Be a good pre-dinner drink.

Aromas of fresh marijuana, pine, bread and mango. The hash and pine are a sort of thin combination in the mouth. It lacks a good malt backbone and feels a little unbalanced, with those sharp notes centred down the middle of the tongue. Despite the sharpness, it also doesn't punch very hard.

A nice rye aroma, plus some lemon, honey and biscuit. Full bodied with a nice length. That lager straw flavour comes through at the finish. Solid

Can. Clear amber with a 2cm white head. Aroma of mango skin, breadcrust, pine, some grapefruit. Clean and fairly light bodied with rubbed dope and mango before a resinous bitter end. Tasty but a bit soulless and maybe lacks a bit of punch for its strength.

Can. Cloudy orange with a brief white head. 3- Aroma of grass, light bread, white grapes. Some gooseberry in the taste too, which starts off quite sweet and bready - and has a little much body - but then pungent fruit and quite firm bitterness take over.

A very nice black IPA with aromas of chicory, coffee, bread and mandarin. It has an oily mouthfeel and nice length.

A very restrained RIPA with notes of caramel, lemon, rose petals, marshmallow and - yes - a little tea. The caramel is very light in the mouth, with a restrained hop finish that leaves me wishing there was a bit more of everything.

Can. Clear amber with a good cm of near white head that lasts well. Aroma is more spicy than fruity with dark sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, dried fruit behind. An easy sweetness with a fairly light body spreads the spices quite well before a dryish and slightly bitter spice-tinged finish. Could have been a little sweeter but not bad.

Can. Clear pale amber with a small white head. Shyish aroma of grapefruit and lemon with a slight grilled edge. Fairly light bodied, carbonation is a little on the low side. Taste is less shy but equally unnuanced. Lots of mid-range citrus, fairly bitter. OK but not interesting.

Can. Yellowish gold with a fading loose white head. 3- Aroma is grainy and lemony. Slightly sweet with firm spicy bitterness. More fruity than bready and perhaps the bitterness jumps out a bit at the end but pretty tasty.
