Lots of mint in the aroma. Light lemon sour taste. Definitely a creamy palate. Fantastic.

Can. An unclear golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of peaches, oranges, malt, and brett. The flavor is sweet and sour with notes of peaches, oranges, brett, and a bit of milk, leading to a dry finish.

Can. Pale red with a white head. Aroma of cherries, caramel, some herbs. A bit eatery. Cherries, caramel, diluted chinotto. Mildly tart and bitter at the end - not really enough to make a finish. A bit dull.

'Can. Gold white head is gone in seconds. Aroma of tropical fruit flavoured ice cream with mild funk underneath. There''s pineapple and something sharp that I might have guessed passionfruit or green mango but turns out to be tamarind. A bit more body than many sour beers around this strength (lactose presumably) with lowish carbonation. The balance between fruit and tangy beer and between sweet, sour and slightly bitter is very deft and the whole thing is extremely refreshing. Another very clever one from SG.'

From a 500ml can on 27/11/2018 (ABV listed as 6.6%). Pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Has a pleasant tropical and stone fruit nose. Taste wise, you get bready malt and lots of fruit - peach, apricot, passionfruit and pineapple. There is a modest tempering hop bitterness but it's a quite a sweet one and super easy drinking. The texture is slightly creamy and the carbonation moderate. Straight forward but enjoyable.

(On tap) Clear red with slight white head. Lovely interesting aroma - cherries, citrus, and something interesting I couldn't quite place that reminded me of cakes. Light boy, modest carbonation. Sour, but not very sour, for a sour beer - very pleasant. Nice fruity notes - cherries, orange. Some interesting complexity. Vinous notes. Unusual, interesting and very drinkable.

'Can. Clear gold with a large white head that subsides to an inch. Aroma of yuzu, funky cracker dough, mild spices. Verging on thin with lots of bubbles. Some apricot as well as crackers underneath the citrus. Finish is fairly bitter and a little spicy. It''s certainly not sweet, but I''m not sure it''s sour at all. Not all that engaging but a nice finish.'
