Ambridge Brewery commenced brewing in 2013 when John Nowacki took over Wyre Piddle Brewery. We are a family business and pride ourselves on producing consistent high quality craft beers using the finest quality malts and whole leaf hops.

Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Bright yellow gold with a small but thick white head. Light aroma, a touch of lemon biscuit. Tastes sweet with a touch of gritty bitter/sour near the finish. Touches of lime cordial in the aftertaste. Pretty disappointing.

Cask-conditioned at the Seven Stars, Bristol 5/6/2018. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. Some citrus hops upfront, pineapple and tangerine fruits and biscuity malts, before a moderately dry finish. Good.

Cask at the Ale Rooms, Knowle, Solihull. Poured a slightly hazy straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is light grassy citrus hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a light, watery, grainy malt, lemon citrus, hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask at the Waggon & Horses, Stourbridge. Pours dark gold with a small head. Aroma is sweet pissy grass. Taste is sweet pissy grass with a medium bitter finish. Touch of sulphur.
