Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Golden and crystal clear with a foamy white head & lots of lacing. Buttery smell, quite grainy without a lot of hop character. The Ella is sharp, very bitter and spicy, eclisping any other less welcome flavours without overpowering. Long bitter finish. Not perfect but good enough.
