Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Gryphon, Bristol 4/3/2016. Amber in colour, with a slight, white, head. Citrus hops, some sweetish biscuity malts, a hint of berry fruits and dryish finish. Good.

Keg @ Crown & Kettle, Manchester. Carbonated amber-gold with a frothy head. Has a mild liquorice infused hoppy fruitiness that’s initially strange but flavoursome. Grittier tropical fruits linger.

Mother Kelly’s. Keg. Hazy gold - amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is frothy and dry, good fine carbonation. Mild dry seltzer leads to a modest fruity floralness. Morphs in to slightly bitter floralness. Whisper of crystallised fruits before a dry finish. Ephemeral.
