Keg at the brewery, 18/02/15. Light black topped with a moderate tan swirl. Nose is chocolate, toffee, good peanut butter notes, light spice. Taste carries a dollop of peanut butter, chocolate, brown sugar, caramel, light malt bill. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent PNB porter, flavours come across well without being to sweet, well balanced.

Keg at the brewpub, 18/02/15. Light black topped with a decent tan swirl. Nose is light spice, dark fruits, toffee, raisens. Taste comprises light roast, dark malt, chocolate, dark fruit rinds, light peppery spice. Medium + body, fine carbonation, tickle of booze in the close. Ok but lacks depth for style and ABV ... a basic model.
