On tap at Holy City, pours a clear dull copper golden with a tiny head. Aroma brings out the watermelon upfront, with a touch of lacto. Flavour is lightly sweet, with tart and juicy watermelon upfront, with plenty of lacto. Not the best occasion of watermelon being incorporated into a kettle sour, but it's okay.

On tap at Holy City, pours a hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma brings lots of lacto, with subdued hibiscus and a touch of salt. Flavour is bizarre, bringing out lots of briny notes, with tart hibiscus and salt. Very tangy and briny. Not convinced by this.

On tap at Holy City, pours a hazy orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out piney, English hops, with a toasted bread malt base. Flavour is similar, with English hops, with plenty of bitter pine, and toasted bready malt. Bitter and not overly well-balanced. Okay.

On tap at Holy City, pours a clear amber with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out subdued honey, along caramel and rich resinous hops. Flavour is intensely sweet, with lots of caramel malt, resinous hops and medicinal sweetness. Cloyingly sweet and way too malty. Not my type of IIPA.

On tap at Holy City, pours a cloudy amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bold, earthy, resinous hops upfront with bready caramel malt. Flavour is intense, with rich resinous hops, caramel malt and some earthy notes. Overly malted but it works decently enough.

Super hazy golden and light copper coloured body with a thinnish off-white head. Aroma of super dank and pungent yeast, hops, resin, pine and a ton of syrupy notes - quite strong throughout with a lot of sugar and even more alcohol. Full-bodied; Rich soapy flavour at first that shows some yeast, a ton of syrup from caster sugar and almost a pure corn syrup flavour with a lot of resinous hops showing some dank pine notes and ending with a dash of funk and earth from the malt near the very end. Aftertaste shows a lot of piney hops, some substantive malt body and depth with the most amount of syrup, resin and alcohol that I could possibly imagine all wrapped into this one, which tastes almost more of cough syrup than it does Imperial IPA. Overall, a pungent and deep beer with a lot of flavours, some of them decent, and some of them a bit too strong for the style and for the content of this one - nice to try, but within this style, definitely passable. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Greenville Beer Exchange in Greenville, South Carolina on 31-May-2018 for US$2,74 sampled at home in Washington on 24-July-2018.

Sample at the 6th Annual Craft Beer Festival by The Community Tap on 04/21/2018. Dark brownish-amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Yeast, fruit and malt aroma. Medium body with flavors of earthy yeast, raisin and malt. The finish is dark fruit and yeast. Decent overall.
