Das Etikett der Switezianka zeigt eine grimmig dreinschauende, großbusige und kaum bekleidete Waldnymphe, die aus einem Weiher steigt. Das zieht ja schon mal Männer an und reizt, das dazugehörige Bier zu versuchen. Dieses ist zwar ok, aber auch nicht viel mehr. Ein klassisches Witbier nach belgischer Brauart, aber ein bisschen wässrig. Es lässt sich angenehm trinken und ist dabei nur ein bisschen zu brav.

Sampled from tap at CBF Vienna 2018. Hazy, golden amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy aroma of grains, straw and hints of butter. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw and some butter, followed by a short, moderately bitter, quite grassy-spicy finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!
