At a tasting, medium bubbly head, cloudy opaque pale orange color, aroma of lychee, green leaves, shrubs and spiciness, flavor of unripe fruit with metal hints, quite sour with a light sweetness creeping in, zingy carbonation. Not too complex but really nice.
