Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours unclear, bright reddish pink with a small, creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with mellow berry tartness, a nip of salt, cherry and raspberry perhaps, mild acidity. Light bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Pretty clean to finish, more subtle berry tartness, not too sweet. Nice and drinkable.

Can at the flat in Sofia - picked up from Nosferatu. Pours clear pale gold with a foamy, pure white head. Light sweet flavour with notes of biscuity pale malts, a little pithy lemon, white grape, straw, a pine needle accent. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pretty clean finish, pale bready sweetness, semi-ripe citrus. Drinkable gear on the whole.

Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Semi-sweet finish, more bittersweet cocoa, burnt sugars, scorched earth. Not bad overall.

Scent is mild, whiff of hops and wheat . Taste is sharp, fairly bitter, crisp , clearly wheat based. Very citrussy, working very well with the wheat. Higher carbonation. Medium body . I can see why this beer has an appreciated status. It does a good job displaying both sides of the inspiration , and as a result it's an enjoyable, balanced beer.

Can, 0.50l. Aroma of mango, passion fruit, lychee, citrus and biscuit. Pours clear deep golden color with medium sized soapy off-white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet caramelly and refreshing tropical fruity, following is herbal and medicinal with bubblegum note, mouthfeel is smooth but dry, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium to full body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. West coast legend from the east…
