Ridiculously hazy golden and raw honey coloured body with a thick five to six centimetre tall tan, large-bubbled head that takes a long time to fade, but leaves an ugly lace on the sides. Aroma of orange juice, mangoes, pepper, grass and some light floral notes with a subtle hop and malt backbone with a tiny bit of alcohol noticeable in the nose. Medium-bodied; Very dry and herbal flavours show at first, but some fruity, especially from the mango and melon side of things a few seconds afterwards, but a slight peppery and perfumey finish is noticeable as well, with a good kick of complexity throughout. Aftertaste is robust and balanced, with a lot of bitterness from the alpha acids of the hops, but with some fruity notes, a dry profile and of course - good malt with a dose of sweetness as well. Overall, good across the board, while not a New England IPA by flavour profile set, but perhaps even better, with a nice complexity and punch, especially for the alcohol contained in here! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from K-1 Beer and Wine in Arlington, Virginia on 13-March-2021 for US$3,69, which was canned on 10-February-2021, sampled at my house here in Washington on 20-May-2021.

Deep copper and bronze coloured body with a thinnish, off-white head, about three centimetres tall that fades pretty quickly, and leaves a small lace on the sides. Aroma of bright, grassy and very bitter hops with a nice slight malty and earthy component, but mostly the resin and floral notes from the hops take hold. Medium-bodied; Rich earthy and slightly nutty flavours show at first with a great bitterness from the fresh and grassy hop characteristics with a little bit of resin and floral aspects, but there's also some earthy, nutty and even caramelised sugar flavours here that seem to come from the malts, but the hops leave a subdued bitterness here with some lighter alpha acids and floral aspects at the end. Aftertaste shows a good blend of the bitter hops and earthier malts, but more of a alpha acid punch comes through than I was expecting, but makes this seem more of an old school IPA than anything newer, which is nice! Overall, a very enjoyable and well-rounded, mellow but flavourful IPA with a good balance and still showing some hop bitterness throughout here, which is great to have! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased yesterday from Knightly Spirits in Orlando (Orange Blossom Trail), Florida on 04-November-2021 for US$4,75 sampled a day later in my hotel room here in Lake Buena Vista, Florida after exploring EPCOT Center for the day for my son's fourth birthday on 05-November-2021.
