Citrus hop aroma with a mild pineapple grapefruit hop bitterness and a tart and sour flavor, not as hoppy bitter as typical IPA. Thick and pulpy. Just the right amount of pineapple sweetness. One of the best IPAs I have tasted.

Sour aroma, plum color. Slightly sweet watermelon flavor, followed by intense acid sourness and tartness, with a dry, wine-like finish. Sour aftertaste. Could use more sweetness to balance.

Bottle - Dark sour notes with blackberry. Jet brown with a small white head. Soured dark malts and dark berry. A bit of soy.

750ml bottle pours out dark purple. Nose is sour tart blackberry candy and oak. Tatse is more of the nice blackberry tart notes.
