Taste starts medium sweet toasted malty and caramelly, following is grassy with decent fruity acidity and some earthy notes, mouthfeel is smooth and warm, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. Could be better…

Das ist mal ne Dose, und das Bier erst. Schönes dunkelbraun im Glas, Toller Sahneschaum, in der Nase malzig, ebenso im Trunk. Schwarzbrot, Kerne, erdig, dezent süß, sehr gute Drinkability. Astreines Teil, der Lord.

Ein Glas Bananen-Muß, so schaut das aus. Und ordentlich Schaum. Wow. In der Nase Banane, leichte Säure. Im Trunk mächtig, Banane, dezent sauer, saftig. Außergewöhnlich, aber sicher nicht jedermanns Geschmack.

Ripe plum, dried banana, raisin, date, fruit cake. Sweetish raisin, apple, banana; herbal note, bit nutty maltiness. Herbal hops, some rusk & toast, dried fruits. Medium body. Rounded; expected even a bit more maybe.
