10 ounce at the brewery - hazy gold, moderate lace - nose is lovely pineapple brett and herbal hoppiness - soft carbonation in the mouth - flavor is lightly sweet up front and through the middle, making the musky pineapple brett shine a bit, tasting a little like pineapple juice, especially with the very subtle acidity underneath - dries out a bit on the back end, allowing some oak and hop bitterness to take the stage - super mild acetic acid way in the back in the finish - pineapple returns in the finish and lingers on the tongue, along with a moderate buggy funk - dig it.

Draft at OMB. Dark dark brown with creamy tan head. Nose is rich smoke like a sausage cooked on campfire. Tatses of smoke and meat but not abrasive, you also get fig jam, chocolate, blueberry compote, raspberry and wood. Rich mouthfeel. Really fucking good
