About
Birdsong Brewing Company began in December 2011 in Charlotte NC out of a love for great beer and good conversation. We produce unfiltered, flavorful craft brews that are both balanced and representative of our fun and quirky brewery family. We are proud to be a part of the growing craft beer community in Charlotte!

We are located at 1016 North Davidson Street and are open Tuesday-Friday from 3pm until 10pm, Saturdays from 12pm until 10pm, and Sundays from 12pm until 8pm. Our goal is to create outstanding beer, to have a low impact on the environment, and to create personal relationships and ties to the local community. We are proud to be the first solar powered brewery in Charlotte as of December 2017!

On tap @ Birdsong with jcnielsen. Pours a touch hazy golden appearance with an off white head. Quite a bit of spicy peppers in the nose. Some vegetal notes as well. A touch of creamed corn. Flavor again kind of has a corn tortilla thing going on. Peppers come through nicely in terms of moderate heat but just to before forward for my palate.

On tap @ Birdsong with jcnielsen. Pours a clear dark orange appearance with an off white head. Slightly soapy, herbal sons. Mild toasted malts. Unspectacular aroma. Flavor is completely out of whack on balance. Pretty high sweetness. Kind of bland bitterness. Some fruity notes. Drinkable but well below average.
