Description
Birdsong Brewing Company began in December 2011 in Charlotte NC out of a love for great beer and good conversation. We produce unfiltered, flavorful craft brews that are both balanced and representative of our fun and quirky brewery family. We are proud to be a part of the growing craft beer community in Charlotte!

We are located at 1016 North Davidson Street and are open Tuesday-Friday from 3pm until 10pm, Saturdays from 12pm until 10pm, and Sundays from 12pm until 8pm. Our goal is to create outstanding beer, to have a low impact on the environment, and to create personal relationships and ties to the local community. We are proud to be the first solar powered brewery in Charlotte as of December 2017!

Once you come to Birdsong, you're as good as family. Sit back, relax, and grab a beer--chat it up with the bartenders and make new friends with the regulars.

Draft at the source. Murky yellow color see pic please, an ugly beer. Herbal lemon aroma. Taste is very tart citrus. Sadly no saison characteristics here.

Draft at Salud courtesy of ben, thank you sir! Dark brown color, tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate. Taste is lightly sweet dark chocolate. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Delicious.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a glass. Hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is thyme, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is esters and thyme.

Ok, it’s fairly decent as a jalapeno ale, but its not so good as a pale ale as I can detect very little hops in aroma or flavor.

Refrigerated 16 oz. aluminum can poured into a cup. Black with big beige head. Aroma is hot peppers, medium body, well carbonated, and small-bubble lacing. Taste is hot peppers, chocolate, coffee, and spices (cinnamon mostly).
