Pint can, courtesy of MicroGrog, pours with a clear deep copper colored body that supports a full light tan head of foam. The aroma offers up a bit of pumpkin blended with winter spice as well as toasted pumpkin meat. The taste delivers smooth winter spiced pumpkin flowing into a pleasing toasted like pumpkin sensation. Toward the finish a bit of malts surface followed by a mild level of sweet plum to fig like fruity esters. This comes together wonderfully. Solid.

4 month old pint can A: Clear bright gold with small but unappealing chunky floaties and a short white head that fell pretty quickly. S: Peppery spice and bread with herbal, grassy hops and low musty apple notes. T: Many things at once. Spicy notes give way to musty apple then dry toast takes the lead. All with the herbal hops in support. Tangy ending. M: Medium light with lowish carbonation and sort of dry finish. O: Everything pretty much in place for the style. No complaints.
