The flavour is moderate bitter sweet with a fresh, crisp, slightly watery, dry, fruity citrus, light dry pepper spice, light dry woody hop bitter palate and a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter with a roasty, liqouirce, light charcoal, slightly watery hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a malt, citrus fruit, dry pepper spice, dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. This is a superb example of the style.

The flavour is tart raspberry with a dry malt, slightly watery, zesty tart fruit palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. A tasty beer but this is really dominated by the raspberry.
