Super hazy orange, straw, golden and peach coloured body with a relatively thinnish, one centimetre tall tan head that fades to just about nothing, a few seconds later. Aroma of grass, citrus, light pine, flowers and a dash of white pepper. Medium to almost Full-bodied; Strong pungent hop characteristics up front with a lot of guava, mangoes, oranges, flowers, grass, citrus and especially resin that has a good deal of alpha acids and bitterness, but an equally impressive and flavourful amount of rich, chewy malts, which are balanced well. Aftertaste is very well balanced with a lot of pungent hop characteristics along with a great nuance of the fruit, light floral and relatively sweet bite from the tastes that come along with those hops, but on a different plane. Overall, a very strong, enjoyable and still nuanced beer that has a great balance nad some soft flavours, but is fairly easy-drinking due to the great balance, the presence of sugars, while having a strong, driving fruitiness. Great to sample, especially fresh! This one is worth trying to find if at all possible! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from the Department of Beer and Wine in Alexandria, Virginia on 21-August-2020 for US$4,67 sampled at my house here in Washington on 27-August-2020.

Draft pour at Old Rapp Taphouse. Poured a hazy dark yellow-orange color with a small white head. Aroma was a ton of passionfruit, guava. Citrus, lots of pineapple. Tart, fruity sour, with a little bit of sea breeze salt.

Draft pour at Old Rapp Taphouse. Poured a clear orange color with a small white head. Aroma was nice crisp malts, some grain, touch floral hops. Flavor was crisp, enjoyable malts. Clean, easy to drink. Good stuff!

Pint can, WW. Hazy to murky orange with a small, soft off-white head. Orange zest, grapefruit peel, green leaf nose. Orange juice and ring, mango, peach, apricot, pine... rally nice, flavorful and juicy.

$3.00 pint can, WW. Light haze, pale gold, white head. Lemon zest, dried flowers, light yeast nose. Flavor is lemon/lime zest, yeast, wheat, green leaf. Bitter, simple, refreshing.

Pint can, WW. Gold, hint of haze, large white head. Trash water, guava, pineapple, citrus aroma. Guava passion fruit, citrus, pineapple. All tart, quite fruity, but this isn't a standout. Slightly salted finish.

Pint can, WW. Golden, minor haze, white head. Lemon zest, grain, grasses in the nose. Flavor is rice, lemon zest, green leaf, green grasses. Has a hint of a sake flavor. Dry and crisp.

Pint can, WW. Hazy gold with a soft off-white head. Pineapple, citrus peel, pine, light pot nose. Pine, pineapple, orange peel, resin, basement, floral hops. Tasty.

Farmhouse funk, pear, brett nose. Hazy golden, medium head, decent retention. Pear, brett, apple, funk, lemongrass. Medium body, easy carbonation. Very nicely done.
