Light sweet flavour with supportive bready pale malts, low bitterness, some dough, lemon rind, faint pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Tidy close, more pale bread, low bitterness, floral hops, hay, citrus peel. Nice one. Easy drinking.

Keg at the brewpub - Mumbai. Pours black-brown with a thick, lasting beige cream head. Mellow roast in the nose, some dark fruits, cocoa. Light sweet flavour with pleasant milk chocolate, a little coffee, soft toasted malts. Light bodied with mild carbonation. Smooth finish, more silky chocolate, low bitterness, nips of milky coffee. Solid overall.

Light-medium sweet flavour with subtle dry apple, more berry fruit accents, a touch of bitter skin. Light bodiednwith spritzy carbonation. Clean finish, more berry fruit, light tang, background apple notes. Fun stuff.

Light sweet flavour with mild dry wheat bread, wheat flakes, lemon peel, straw. Light bodied with spritzy, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean finish, with restrained yeast, faint grass, straw, more crisp wheat. Decent stuff.

Light-medium sweet flavour with more wheat bread, a little doughy character, mellow bitter hay. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Pretty well balanced in the finish, with a touch of alcohol warmth, more doughy what bread, hay. Enjoyable saison.
