Medium sweet flavour with more modest smoke, nips of caramel, bread, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with notes of candies ham, mild smoke, more bready malts. Nice stuff.

Keg at the brewpub - Mumbai. Pours clear brown with a small, filmy tan head. The aroma holds lightly ashy roast, hints of cocoa, earth. Light sweet flavourbwith touches of dried fruits, mellow earthy bitterness, dry cocoa. Light bodiednwith fine to average carbonation. Balanced finish, with well toasted brown bread, nips of cocoa, burnt earth. Not bad.

Keg at the brewpub - Mumbai. Pours clear yellow with no head. Novel aroma, some cinnamon, ripe apples, stewed apples. Medium sweet flavour, subtly syrupy, with more stewed apples, hints of wintery spices, bread. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Fairly sweet on the finish, with further stewed apples, lightly spicy cinnamon. Fun beverage.
