Pours slightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with awesome retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, light banana/clove, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/candi sugar, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, pale malt/sugar, and light-moderate earthy hop notes; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, light banana/clove, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/candi sugar, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/floral/grassy bitterness and peppery yeast spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lemon, orange, peach, pear, apricot, melon, red apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, light banana/clove, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/candi sugar, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, pale malt/sugar, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and spicy yeast/alcohol. Medium-plus carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Lightly increasing warmth of 9.1%, with mild lingering booze after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian strong pale ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, pale malt/sugar, and light-moderate earthy hop flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very well rounded Belgian yeast complexity with balanced Pils malts/sugars, and solid earthy hop presence. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, fairly crisp/resinous/rindy, and acidic/tangy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.3%. Overall this is an excellent fruited IPA. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, passion fruit, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and pretty refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/tart/drying finish, not overly aggressive. Simcoe and Citra hops. Very juicy and fairly dank hop/fruit complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with mild lingering sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example. Not overdone on any aspect.

Moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Mildly increasing warmth of 7.6%. Overall this is an excellent IPA. All around great complexity, robustness and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink, with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Fairly aggressive, but not overwhelming. Great juicy/dank balanced hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. Ohio grown Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, Crystal, Celeia, Cluster, and Citra hops. 7C's. A very enjoyable offering.

Very unique, tastes like a cross between English and American styles. Nice blend of juicy and fairly dank hop complexity; sizable malty backbone, but not overly sweet/heavy feeling with some nice lingering oily dryness. A very enjoyable offering.

Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent session IPA! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/earthy hops and moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly bitter/drying finish. Really nice dank/vibrant hop complexity, and a nice Munich malt backbone for the low ABV. Possibly Simcoe, Mosaic, and Columbus hops. Never overly aggressive. A really enjoyable offering, one of the best session IPAs I have had.

Aromas of nutty dark roasted coffee, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, and toasted brown bread; with lighter notes of vanilla, smoke, char, dark fruit, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness. A bit too fruity/yeasty aromas, but not overwhelming. Nice aromas with good balance and complexity of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast notes; with good strength. Taste of big nutty dark roasted coffee, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, and toasted brown bread; with lighter notes of vanilla, smoke, char, dark fruit, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness. Light-moderate roast/char and herbal/spicy hop bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of nutty dark roasted coffee, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar,toasted brown bread, vanilla, light smoke/char, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; with a great roast/hop malt/bitterness balance; zero acrid/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from hop/char bitterness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6.7%. Overall this is a very nice American coffee porter. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, and light earthy hop/fruity yeast flavors; very smooth and easy to drink; with the mellowly bitter/drying finish. Great fruity/nutty coffee flavors, with nicely rich and well rounded porter malt complexity. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.
