Can, smell of fresh pine. Taste? What else, the typical contemporary IPA taste but it does seem to be more crisp and fresh than many viscous others. Not as mouth coating either. Could be a simple strong APA. Let the session continue...... Just a slight hint of that IPA BO nose in the end.

Can says welsh rarewit. Quite bubbly. Yes, herbs and spices are certainly there making it more than a wit. Citrus on top. Spices in the back. Rather refreshing but they could back off a little on the spice. A little medicinal on the finish. Seems like more than 6% to me.

Sample at the taproom. Clear pale orange color with a medium thin white head that recedes steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Grassy hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of zesty citrus. hops and bready malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Dark brownish-amber color with a medium thick frothy light beige head that diminishes gradually to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Aroma of smoked malt, fruit and maple. Medium to full body with flavors of smok4y malt, fruit, floral honey and hops. The finish is smokey with a maple and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. This beer pours a slightly hazy pale yellow-gold color with a medium frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lacing on the glass. Tropical fruit, hops and malt in the nose. Medium body with flavors of passionfruit, grassy hops and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the taproom. Hazy yellow-orange color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of wheat, spice and fruit. Light body with flavors of herbal wheat, spice and citrus. The finish is wheaty with a mildly spicy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. The beer pours black with a medium thin foamy tan head that diminishes steadily to a film. Patchy lacing on the glass. Charred malt, chocolate and licorice in the nose. Full-bodied with flavors of roasted malt, anise, coffee and earthy hops. The finish is roasty with a burnt malt and coffee aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On draught at the taproom. Dark reddish-brown color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Tart fruit, yeast and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with a tart red fruit character, with notes of oak, yeast and malt in the background. The finish is tart with a cherry aftertaste. Above average overall.

Aroma of tart berries, yeast and malt. Medium-bodied with a sweet-tart cherry and berry character, with some yeast and biscuit malt in the background. The finish is tart and fruity with a cherry aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
