Pours a clear copper color with a small white head. It has a very oaky aroma. The flavor is dominated by the barrel with caramel bourbon notes and a lot of oak. It’s malty but doesn’t get too sweet. Very enjoyable.

Can from my advent calendar. Dark brown, Ruby pour, with a medium off white head. Boozy, dark fruit, caramelized sugars, a little wood, and earthy. Mouth feel is nice, carb is very low. Lightly bitter, big fruit, and boozy sherry notes, and a Candi sugar finish. Not bad, not great.

12oz can from Tavour. Dark brown pour with a thin, silky layer of beige foam. Malty aroma, honey, sweet, hint of booze. Honey comes out in the taste, sweetness, but is well balanced; malty, woody, raisins. Plenty of warmth leaves a nice afterglow. So smooth, so tasty and very well balanced.

12oz can from Tavour. Foggy amber/ruby pour, patchy fine head, lively carbonation. Aroma is cherry candy, cough syrup, sweet malts. Taste brings the malts forward, but cherry flavors linger in the background. A hint of ABV, thin body and dry finish. Near miss for me. More cherry soda, than dubbel. .

Pours deep amber brown. Smells of caramel malt, a little dark fruit, and alcohol. It tastes sweet with caramel, booze, and dark fruit. The booze is stronger in the flavor than I expected, but it's pretty good overall.

Pours deep amber brown and has an aroma that's heavy with bourbon and some toffee. It tastes sweet and malty and is full of bourbon and caramel malt. There's spicy Belgian yeast and hints of vanilla. Very good.

Pours lightly hazy gold with a small lingering white head. It smells of peaches, citrus, and an earthy, peppery character. It tastes moderately bitter with peaches, grapefruit, and spicy, earthy saison yeast.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear ruddy brown with a large foamy light tan head. Aroma of caramel, sort of Tmavy, with some dark fruit notes. It's malty, but drier than not. Lightly bitter. Flavor is the aroma with a hint of chocolate. Nice.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brn/blk with a nice creamy tan head. Aroma of good coffee. Near full body. Flavor is coffee, vanilla, something sweet, and a touch of bourbon. Not quite dry. Coffee bitter. Interesting.
