Super hazy honey and glowing peach coloured body with a nice and thinnish two centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of coffee, earth, nuts, malt, toffee, light peat and a ton more coffee notes - quite strong. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong nutty and earthy flavour with a lot of coffee and lactose throughout with a hazlenut and peat like flavour with a bunch of toasted malts and some lighter grain, but the coffee is very pungent throughout. Aftertaste shows a nice smooth coffee and malt note with not much alcohol, but a ton of flavour and a very concentrated fashion, especially with the lactose and milk sugars here. Overall, a very nice and incredibly flavourful beer that shows a ton of sweetness and flavours that you'd think comes from roasted malts, especially with the nuts, but a ton of coffee flavours as well which work out quite well with the thicker body. Great to sample with a nice pungent flavour and good complexity - great to sample and well worth trying to find if you can get it! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Grape Vine in Fort Mill, South Carolina on 21-August-2017 after watching the Eclipse, sampled at home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia in Pungoteague, Virginia on 19-April-2018.

Draft at the source. Murky range yellow color. Nice stone fruit aroma. Taste is very fruity with soft tartness. Delicious.
