0.66 l bottle from the brewpub at 5.2% abv, best before November 2018. Clear, dark reddish brown with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a bit roasty aroma of caramel, toasted nuts and some chocolate. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, a little roasty taste of caramel, toasted nuts and some chocolate, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy and a bit dry finish. Medium body, slightly smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Brown Ale.

0.4 l on tap at the brewpub. Clear, deep ruby with a large, frothy, almost stable, light beige head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, quite fruity aroma of caramel, cocoa, raspberries and sour cherries. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, gently fruity and a bit roasty taste of caramel, toasted nuts, coffee, licorice raspberry and sour cherries, followed by a short, slightly tart, moderately roasty-bitter, slightly earthy and gently woody-dry finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very pleasant, definitely one of the most interesting Slovak beers I was able to try so far, and very well-crafted.

Sampled from tap at the brewpub at 13°. Clear, very dark brown with a light beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly roasty aroma of caramel, cocoa, some hazelnut and a touch of licorice. Medium sweet, slightly bitter, gently roasty-malty taste of cocoa, caramel, toasted hazelnut, some coffee and a touch of licorice, followed by a short, moderately roasty-bitter, gently earthy-dry finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice Stout!

Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Clear, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish, quite fruity, resiny and slightly grassy aroma of mango, orange jam, some pine and a touch of passion fruit. Quite sweet, malty, slightly bitter, rather fruity, resiny and a bit grassy taste of mango, orange jam, pine, some caramel and a touch of passion fruit, followed by a medium long, rather dry-bitter, resiny and slightly grassy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Good, classic IPA!

Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Slightly hazy, golden yellow with a white head. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy, slightly fruity and a bit floral aroma of banana, cloves, some vanilla and hints of citrus. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, gently yeasty-spicy and minimally fruity taste of clove, vanilla, banana and traces of citrus, followed by a short, slightly bitter, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice Weizen!

Sampled from tap at the brewpub at 12°. Sweetish, quite resiny and moderately fruity aroma of pine, mango and some orange jam. Quite sweet, malty, moderately bitter, fairly resiny and fruity taste of pine, caramel, some orange jam and a touch of mango, followed by a short, medium bitter, quite resiny and slightly grassy finish. Medium body, smooth, slightly creamy and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very well-made, tasty, classic APA!
