Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a finger's worth of khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: sweet cereal, milk chocolate, vanilla, bourbon barrel then cinnamon at the end
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a nice chocolatey sweet to bourbony sweet/slightly spicy sort of vibe; finishes slightly spicy with the bourbon woodiness nipping as I expected it to and a little bit of vanilla
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; light smoothness, bourbon barrel penetrates the tongue a touch more than I thought
Overall: I probably could've saved this one another month or so. But it was pretty good for what it was.

Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet doughy / chocolatey contour to a light roasty coffee quality; finishes very sweet through the chocolate and sweet dough
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable? Hmmm, yeah, somewhat; some smoothness but also pretty "mobile" along the tongue
Overall: great aromas & flavors but though this isn't watery - it seems like it's almost at watery.

Appearance: thick peachy orange colored haziness with a finger's worth of white foamy head which tapered off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: apricots, dark berries, sweet onion and grapefruity hop tones; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet juicy to bittersweet juicy character; finishes dark berry-ish with the apricot hops
Texture: light to medium bodied - probably closer to medium with some sessionability and light smoothness, light hop assertiveness
Overall: pretty nice NEIPA I could return to.

Appearance: peachy skin orange color with a three finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: citrusy to piney to lemony hoppy tones with a clean malty backbone
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to bittersweet sort of quality; finishes citrusy and piney with a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; clean smoothness; good carb level
Overall: nicely done IPL I'd return to.

Can to becher glass. Canning date of 02/19/2026.
Appearance: dark amber to dark mahogany color with a two and a half sustaining fingers of a eggshell white foamy head when it dissipated there was a lot of messy lace
Aroma: a lot of herbal tea, mineral water and caramel malts
Flavor: follows the the aromas pretty spot on and adds in a little bit of sweet earthiness; finishes with the herbal tea and caramel malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, very sessionable; and herbally smooth along the tongue but this is still a beer - we'll just say it's a bit modernized because there's not so much rugged grit as some other Irish reds sometimes offer (maybe other Americanized ones)
Overall: I say this is a nicely done Irish red especially if you like huge herbal tea flavored Irish reds.

Canned on 02/16/2026 (boy that was hard to find but stamped in gold close to the end of the fingers to the left side of the can if anyone else wants to know where to find the canning date [or that's where the canning date I see at least])

Appearance: chill haze/pale yellow color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace and left some light messy lace
Aroma: a very nice overall scent of sweet tangerines, orange pulpy whiffs, mixed citrusy hops and a light malt backbone
Flavor: seems somewhat leading with the bitterness and seems to try desperately to find some sweetness to balance, hmmmm...finishes somewhat sticky with some tangerines and orange pulpiness
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also a little bit of dryness strolling along the tongue closer to the back
Overall: wish I could rate a beer only it's aroma if that was the case this would be an absolute gem; however, I do question myself if I had this too old or this didn't hang around like some other NEIPA's can. Hmmmm...

Can from the Packie
Inky black color with a thin tan head that slowly recedes.
Rich roasty chocolate and bits of earthy tart fruitiness. Really tasty sipper.

Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a finger and a half of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some mild lace
Aroma: tangerines, pine, oranges, grapefruit and mangoes, clean crackery malts, light sugars
Flavor: mixes the prior noted aromas to a very nice bittersweet juiciness; finishes orangey/grapefruity and mango-like
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue, light hop burn, nice low carb
Overaĺ: for the most part - great aromas and flavors, clean up that hop burn and this might be a great one.

Aroma: strawberry sweet and tart tones, light peachy tones in the middle then a big dose of sweet cream/lactose & vanilla
Flavor: matches the aromas together in a big sweet creamy manner; finishes with the strawberries leaning into the sweet cream & lactose
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, extremely smooth along the tongue, very low hop bitterness
Overall: hey, will you look at that - milkshake IPA that is tolerable for me. I could come back to this.

Appearance: copper color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: honey, oranges, lemon, grassy hops; light malts
Flavor: leans towards the sweet side initially but a lighter tone of bitter enters in slightly, sly combo of "bittersweet" as more sips were consumed; finishes somewhat like tea as the bittersweetness is lost and the honey shows up stronger here
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue, barely any hop bitterness
Overall: maybe this is what a true "cold IPA" is supposed to be like as for the longest time I thought it was a reinvented "IPL" but man oh man, there seems to be so many variations on this everywhere I look.
