Pours hazy gold into a tulip. No head whatsoever. Marshmallow and nectarine aromas. Soft with sweet strawberry and nectarine upfront turning to marshmallow in the dry, lasting finish.

Can date of: 30 Jan, 19. Aroma is lactic acid, lemons, oranges. Overall typical kettle sour ; purΓ©e tries to balance the lactic acid. Maybe a mild pith character. As it should be.

Can, from Nikki's @ Providence, RI. The can omits 'Horn' in the name, and the explanation is different (with Citra, Summit, Azacca & Chinook hops), but I'm assuming there wouldn't be too many beers named 'Veridian'. Pours hazy bright yellow with large foamy light beige head, citrus peel aroma, yellow precipitates sinking down, though the can is stamped 2 weeks ago (?), low carbonation, smooth lemon and very light malt taste, very smooth body, long finish. Well balanced, and smooth; very easy to drink.

Gravity cask at the 2018 Nottingham Beer Festival. Aged in a gin cask. Brownish gold with a tiny ring of white head. A lot going on the aroma. Fruity ginny sweetness combines well with the spiciness of the spruce. It tastes even better: sweet and herbal with notes of persimmon and woody resin. This is a great beer and a spot-on cask pairing.
