Description
603 Brewery was founded in 2012 by long time college friends. As home brewers, who met while studying engineering, they set out to design high quality, hand crafted beers. As demand for the beers increased, the vision to launch a microbrewery was developed. With a focus on quality and versatility, our hand crafted beer is brewed using the finest ingredients in small batches.

Can, as part of a trade with Leighton. Cheers! Hazy gold. Thin, dense, lasting, lacing, white head. Looks the beans. Nose has clean, dry malts. Ripe orange. Nectarine. Some ripe berry fruit. Taste is clean, stone fruit bitter. Some biscuit sweetness at the back. Soft mouthfeel. Drinks fairly easy at the ABV. Thins out as it goes, mind you. Light bitter finish. Decent.

Can drank in NH - picked up at the Co-Op in Hanover. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose has semi-ripe citrus fruits, tangerine, pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavour with pleasant bready pale malts, faint rindy bitterness, ripe lemon and tangerine, some melon. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced in the finish, with more melon and tangerine, low bitterness, pale bread. Perhaps the brewery has tuned this beer up a bit, because what I’m drinking is quite sound.

Bottle from the Brewery. Slightly hazy deep yellow with a pillowy frothy white head that persists. Dripping with juicy orange peach and grapefruit on the nose and some faint sweet bread underneath. Smooth sweet bready malt with plenty of peachy tropical citrusy hop flavor. Mild never coarse hop bitterness provides great balance to the hop sweetness. Pretty damn tasty IPA. Could use just a touch more hop bitterness imho though.

Bottle from the Brewery. Lightly hazy deep golden color with a huge bubbly white head that persists. Lemony orange and pine on the nose with light spicy bready malt. Bitter spicy earthy flavor with some citrus fruit up front. Spicy earthy yeasty midway through with a lingering hop bitterness and light astringency in the finish. Decent beer, but the bitterness in the flavor is a bit harsh at times.

Bottle from Candia Rd Dark brown/black with a decent sized tightly bubbled off white head. Aromas of cinnamon, coffee, vanilla light roasty chocolate. Flavor is lightly creamed coffee cinnamon and vanilla. Tasty beer, but I don’t think they nailed the coffee cake flavor exactly. Seems like it needs some brown sugary sweetness to make it more desert like.
