Yes, this is still an IPA but it is colored blue or purple. You’d never know this has blueberries in this ipa unless you looked at it. Complete ipa flavors with a big sharp astringent impact takes over on the finish.

on tap. Darker with a slight haze. Wew, first impression is quite strong. Astringent is the word tonight. Mouth coating ipa fer sure and it gets terribly on style as the session continues. Very astringent aftertaste.

Thanks Nate. On tap, looks like a darker beer like a yuengling. Taste is somewhat bitter but now as sharp or bitter as the other 603 beers. But no fooling this does have lots of sharp astringent bitter bite in it.

Clean pale color. Again, like many of these 603’s, its quite astringent and sharp. The sharp bitter bite build thru the session. Possibly not as strong as most rye tho. Overall pungent.

On tap at the brewery. Barely any smell, somewhat neutral. Lean pale appearance. Some co2. Quick sharp and astringent at times. Same with finish.

On tap I thought this was more like a hefe and not a wheat ale, tho clear pale. Smells a little like bubble gum. Fairly laid back in attitude. Goes back easy. Good beer tasting experience. Civilized and mild without letting you forget yer drinken beer. Decent co2 all round.

On tap at The Coach Stop, Londonderry NH. Aroma is lightly toasted/bready malts. Appearance is clear, medium brown with small head and minimal lacing. Taste is light to medium sweet. Palate is medium bodied with medium texture, average carbonation. As you can tell from the number of "mediums" in the comments, overall this is a drinkable, fairly average beer.

Bottle from The Drinkery Derry. Deep golden color with a good sized off white frothy head that persists forever. Rich bready toasty maltiness with bits of citrus earth and pine. I really enjoyed this beer, kind of old school but damn tasty.

650 ml bottle thanks going to Puboflyons on the share, much thanks! Bottling date of 5- 17- 15. Long lasting head sitting on top of a orange/ murky gold liquid. The aroma starts with a mix of fruit, peach, pineapple and maybe a tone so grapefruit.
The flavor starts with a bready/ malt backbone and then transitions into a nice lasting bitterness after the sip. Very well balanced.
