Pours black into a shaker. Mocha head with excellent retention. Chocolate aromas. Thin with licorice and soy upfront turning to mild chocolate in the medium length finish.

Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow into a shaker. Bright white head recedes to nothing. No aromas. Sharp lemon and mild yeast - almost lactic and verging on a Berliner-weizen....
