Draft at the brewery 30 May, 2014. Almost completely clear yellow with thin head in the sample glass. Aroma is fruity yeast and candi sugar. Holy fucking sugar Batman! Ridiculously sweet unfermented sugar, light yeast body and very cloying.
Entirely to much unfermented sugar. I could not even finish the sample glass. This needs some retooling.

Draft at the brewery 30 May, 2014. Sample glass reveals clear amber with fast dying head. Roasted malt, lightly sweet biscuits, citrus, grapefruit, floral hops, and a touch of caramel. The bitterness seems much lower than 65 IBU’s and really revolves more around the malts. An average IPA, that is easy to drink and does follow the English characteristics.

Pale yellow. 1 finger head. Smells sweet, pistachios, sugar, peach, melons. Whoa, a ton of sweetness. like brown sugar, peaches, orange peel. Sweetness really lingers

pale yellow with orange hues, a bit cloudy. nice sticky white head. Lots of english hops, it’s a nice mouthfeel, lingering finish with some pine and some woody notes. Yeast doesn’t do much it’s good.

Dark brown. Light aroma, some pistachio and almond. Certainly a true bitter. Wish it has that cask mouthfeel. almonds, nutty, a lot of sugary dense syrup tastes. unique but I’m not a fan

Dark red, 1 finger white head. Aroma is not too present. a bit of birch. Taste is okay. sweet, intense european bitterness, a lot of black / green tea. brown sugar and a tough of maple sugar.

Tap. Pours crystal clear golden, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is honey, grassy, herbal, perfume. Flavor is quite sweet, light bitter, queen city perfume, honey. Medium body. Sigh.

Tap. Pours clear orange, medium off white head, good lacing. Aroma is pretty heavy wood smoke, a bit of bread and caramel. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, heavy smoke. Bitterness increases to finish and gets harsh, a bit of a medicinal finish as well, plus a trace of the "Queen City perfume, although it was less pronounced than in my other three samples.
