On tap at Uba ja Humal, pours a clear pale golden with a tiny white head. Aroma has plenty of saline, pomegranate seed, melon, and a touch of lacto. Flavour is dry and salty, with plenty of salt, toasted caraway seed, a hint of pomegranate, and lacto. Dry, toasty and spicy finish. Unusual but decent.

Taster on tap at Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours very pale straw coloured with a modest, white head. Grainy and and somewhat fruity with citrusy notes and hints of yeasty. Strange and somewhat watery, but quite refreshing. Carbonation is fairly high, but not fizzy.
