Bottle to becher glass.
Appearance: murky rustic copper/brown muddy color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: grapefruity to piney to floral and citrusy hop notes which seem to intertwine pretty nice then a noticeable caramel malt backbone
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to bittersweet and then onto a slight bitter quality; finishes semi-dry with a slight bitter piney to grapefruity rind tone
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, some smoothness and a medium hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: probably a bit too bitter to some people out there and possibly even to me too.

On tap at Idltyme on 10/21/2018
Appearance: murky dark rustic orangey cardboard brown color with a quarter finger's worth of off-white foamy head which dissipated nicely but barely left any lace
Aroma: sweet cherries and tart/tangy wheaty tones
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a sweet to tart and tangy quality; finishes with sweet cherries and tangy wheat
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness, good carb, and nothing bothersome anywhere
Overall: not a bad session ale with cherries and wheat, might not be much there but at least it was brewed fine enough.

Bottle to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a two finger white foamy head which left some light messy lace
Aroma: rich chocolatey notes, sweet nutty tones, wet grains and some cocoa toned breadiness
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a bitter to bittersweet quality with a light roasty to bready sweet note underneath; finishes chocolatey bready noted with a touch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied; semi-sessionable; some smoothness and a light grainy nip to the tongue - nothing overbearing
Overall: it's an okay milk/sweet stout - just seemed not as smooth as I was hoping for.

Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown color with a quarter finger of off white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark fruits, Belgian sugars and/or brown sugars, clean earthy/rooty scent, some caramel malts and a little bit of dark chocolate
Flavor: mixes the prior noted aromas on up to a mild sweet to bittersweet sort of blend; finishes dry with lingering sweetness
Texture: medium bodied, might be a sipper; not as smooth as I was hoping for as it got kinda grainy and semi-gritty
Overall: not much of Belgian dark ale to me, eh, hmmm...
