Can pour from trade with AirForceHops--thanks, Chris! It's an opaque yellow with nice sparkle, finger-width off-white foamy head with excellent retention and fair lacing. Aroma is strong nondescript fruit and vegetal. Taste is vegetal, strong grain and hint of late citrus. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation and grain finish. Overall, malt presence dominates--did Galaxy fade this much in ~ 45 days? Not real distinct IPA style. A bit of a mystery. Drink fresh!

16 oz. can purchased at the brewery. Aroma shows mild danky hint. Flavor is light pineapple upfront with some earthy danky pine in the finish. Pretty much what you would expect from a single hop galaxy IPA.

500 ml bottle. Aroma is ginger, lime, soft botanicals. The gin barrel has a heavy influence. Bolder botanicals with orange, lime, and a soft lingering tartness. Not really a huge fan of gin. So, I rated it on a curve.
