Can from One Stop. Very nutty nose, toast, bread, a bit of stone fruit and caramel. Medium amber orange with a medium head. Dry and toasty flavor. Crackers with light peach, black pepper and bitter herbs. Good.

Tasting room draught, 9/4/25.
Unfiltered clear lemon-brass. Small, white head.
Very tasteful adjunct with sponge bread and honey from the malt. Not even overtly adjuncted, honestly. Lemon and mild acidity with more malt and clean herbal and floral notes on the finish.
Juicy lemon with mild, rounded spice. Again, tastefully adjuncted with a medium-light body full of sponge cake and biscuit. Lingering acidity showing moderate lemongrass. Interesting and well-done stuff with Schillings signature big malt and perfect attenuation. Light lemon pepper, doughy biscuit lingering. Very well-made difficult "style".

Side pour at the tasting room, 9/4/25.
Clear, medium-dark amber. Big, creamy, beige/butter head.
Pure mineral/yeast nose with a touch of toasted hazelnut. Soft, damp, earthy hop with a touch of pepper. Beautiful, subtle stuff.
Similar, easygoing flavors with that malty but attenuated, fluffy at times, creamy, yet crisp texture. Light toast in the finish with pepper and earth and brown bread. Very low sweetness. Per usual, ridiculously drinkable and not overdone with the dark malt character. Mild-to-moderate herbal hop on the finish with a touch of lemon brightness. Very balanced.

Nice lightly toasted biscuit character, accents of dried caramel, bread, a fruity accent, mild bitter grain husk, dirty straw. Solid balance. Lightly lip-smacking to finish. Sound.

Can from Jow. Thanks. Pours a amber-brown color with a medium sized off-white head that had fair retention. The aroma was semi-sweet with caramel and toasted malts. The taste was similar with toasted malts and some caramel. palate was a bit on the thin side (as expected from this style). Overall: Decent--Over the years I've had a number of Czech Polotmavy and this seemed very true to that style. Much enjoyed,

Can (3/3/25) from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Nearly opaque, murky, dark iced-tea brown with tons of sparkle, quickly fading thin head and no lacing. Aroma is dark fruit, brown bread, baked bread. Taste follows aroma. Smooth texture, medium bodied, soft carbonation and finish as taste with mild bitterness to counteract sweet malts. Excellent strength and decent complexity. Lovely.
