Brewery draught, 8/1/25.
Clear bright bronze-amber. Dense, white head.
Bright herbal hops quickly gives way to rich, honeyed maltiness with light acidity in the finish and a crisp, mineral rich yeast. Light toast suggestions, light red fruit.
Rich, malty, intensely flavorful with an almost maple-like acidity. Gentle, zesty herbal hops adds minor bitterness and there's a variety of malt character lingering alongside good acidity on the bright, drying finish.

Brewery draught, 8/1/25.
Gently cloudy, pinkish-blueberry juice. Small, pink-tinted head.
Gently lactic with soft salinity and wheat to balance. Tart, lightly juicy fruit is authentic. No punchiness.
Tart, dry, wheat-forward with a soft texture and tart, juicy fruits. Low acidity overall and no sugariness. Very delicate and refreshing without being watery/thin.

Can (02663 22163--who knows what these numbers mean?) from One Stop Market. Murky dark brown, ring of head, no lacing. Aroma is rich, roasted caramel and earthy malt. Taste mirrors aroma. Smooth, frothy texture but thin body and a bit watery/flat carbonation with earthy, roasted malt finish. Aroma and flavor are pretty strong, though not complex. Low ABV shows itself in pretty weak palate.

Can shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Clear, bright yellow, nice sparkle, thin head with poor retention and no lacing. Aroma is strong citrus, grapefruit, hint of herb, hint of Pilsner. Taste is strong Pilsner malt, grapefruit, stone fruit. Soft carbonation, finish as taste. Very interesting aroma for a Pilsner. Wish the aroma and taste were reversed and Pilsner aficionados might bemoan Pilsner getting covered up but I like it.

Can from Beer & Wine Nation with the date completely smudged. Drunk 7/25/25.
Clear, warm-toned brass-honey. Medium-sized, white head, moderate retention.
Oh yeah, that's the ticket. Full-on mineral and white wine in the nose with medium-ripe guava and light passion fruit. They really got a lot of mileage on these hops and got the premium expression. Dainty, honey-like malt balances gently but appropriately. Low acidity, but fairly crisp finish with lingering mineral, guava and white wine/grape.
Rich honey and light bread from the malt creates a sumptuous base for the gently bitter, very expressive, tropical fruit-laden, big mineral, white wine-like hops. Crisp and fruity with good dryness and proper bitterness on the finish for a balanced, very flavorful, clean beer.

This is a Top 50 entry for the Smoked / Rauchbier category, coming in at number 22. It’s my 7th Top 50 for this category, which is one of my favorite styles. Barely translucent mahogany brown pour is topped by a majestic rocky tan head that leaves spotty lacing. Wonderful smoked malt aroma is reminiscent of an early fall campfire. Flavor is incredibly rich and malty. Huge smoky notes. (Think Bavarian brats on the Green Egg)! Some earthy, drying notes in middle. Finishes soft and malty, with a soft, herbal, smokiness that satisfies immensely. Outstanding!
