Good balance of hop and malt. Clean with biscuit and honey and soft herb. Maybe some light funk from the hops in there too? Certainly nice and aromatic.
Super malty. Damn. They keep dialing in their low abv beers. This could easily be a 6% abv pils. No slacking on the hops either. Crisp, malty with excellent bitterness. Keep 'em comin', Schilling.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark brown close to black in color with a two finger eggshell white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: milk chocolate and dark chocolate notes; sweet to floral rye notes; dark fruits; sweet black coffee and some sweet earthy tones
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to malted earthy and malted rye character; finishes semi-chocolatey with a touch of bitterness and a lighter note of the floral tone of the rye
Texture: medium bodied, great sipper; very smooth along the tongue and nothing distracting the flow
Overall: a very nicely done Baltic porter I would very much love to come back to.

Appearance: glossy yellow to orange color with a finger and a quarter of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: black pepper; orangey to lemony hop notes with a bready backbone and a slight clove-like note in the back end
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to semi-spicy vibe; finishes the same way
Texture: light to medium bodied, very sessionable; fairly smooth along the tongue with the previously noted spices behaving exceptionally light and barely noticeable here
Overall: wish I had a second can because I bet this would be a stellar beer with some swordfish or possibly lobster tail.

Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a sweet to bitter hop to malt quality; brisk finish of citrusy peel bitterness and some malts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness across the tongue; good carb level
Overall: maybe not one of Schilling's stand out lagers but it was a decent to nice enough-ish lager...maybe again....maybe

Aroma: peppercorn to coriander spiciness; subtle bubblegum; hay/straw notes; sweet grassy/freshly cut grass-ish scents; light cracker malts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine semi-sweet tone to a eloquent spicy tone; finishes leaning into the noted spices and a touch of the bubblegum
Texture: light to medium bodied; semi-sessionable; good smoothness and the spices seem to be tame enough here to not be distracting; good carb level
Overall: I say a pretty nicely done saison worth coming back to.

Can to weizen glass.
Appearance: glossy orange color with a three finger white foamy head which took it's time to dissipate then once it did some light lace appeared and stuck to the glass.
Aroma: some freshly cut grass hop notes along with some mixed citrusy hop notes; light banana smooth sweet tones; sweet wheat and a touch of tart wheat
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a general sweet to semi-spicy wheat to sweet wheat and kick of the tart wheat; finishes semi-bitter with a touch of dry and a little bit of the tart wheat
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; some smoothness but there's also a little bit of that "kick and/or bite" from the wheat - definitely downplayed a lot more than a regular hefe but it's noticeable here
Overall: I haven't had a lot of these Hopfenweisses but I must say I liked this one for me and I know I would seek this one again.
