Can from my father: pours slightly hazy orange. Aroma is citrus and herbs and grass. Mediocre grassy and citrus flavor. Bleh.

Undated can drunk 4/1/18.
Clear, auburn-copper. White head shows moderate-to-low retention.
Smells grassy and very lightly soapy with biscuit and very light caramel malt, thankfully not too heavy on the specialty malt, though. No real distinct yeast, or more correctly, house character. Clean, though and no alcohol showing.
Malty, sweet honey bread-like notes with pretzel dough and mild, vague bittering from the lightly peppery, grassy hops. Well-malted with good attenuation and fairly engaging, brisk carbonation. Just a touch of soapiness and breadiness, but it's very minor. Altogether quite nice, with great maltiness as the style calls for.

16 oz. can purchased at Spruce Creek Provisions. Aroma is mild citrus, grass, and straw. The name is very suiting. Pale grain with a grassy note upfront and turning into a citrus pith bitterness. Lighter body and has a good drinkable character. Moderate bitterness that lingers for a good amount after the sip. A nice first impression of this Brewery for me.
