A deep dark stout with a thin brown head. A nice funky chocolate aroma, with nice roasted coffee notes, nice and pungeant. In mouth, a smooth herbaceous coffee, bitter chocolate, very nice and well balanced. On tap at brewery restaurant, April 10th, 2011.
